Sherry Addison, CLU, ChFC Founder/Director of Training, started OfficeReady Academy with a deep sense of purpose and a passion for empowering individuals within the insurance industry. Having worked for 25 years at State Farm, she recognizes the challenges agents face in training and developing their office staff. Throughout her career, Sherry understands the importance of having a well-trained and confident team to provide exceptional service to clients and drive success for the agency while observing the lack of resources to help the agents make that happen. 

Recognizing the need for specialized training tailored to the unique demands of State Farm agent’s offices, Sherry saw an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. She understood that investing in the professional development of the office team could significantly enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Sherry’s vast experience in the insurance industry provides her with invaluable insights, expertise, and a deep understanding of the industry’s dynamics. She knows that new team members often faced a learning curve and could benefit from a structured and comprehensive training program.
