Classes meet via ZOOM for 4 consecutive days 9 AM-4 PM CST / 10 AM - 5 PM EST including a 1-hour lunch and periodic breaks
We take team members who are totally new to the insurance industry and get them up to speed quickly to become effective members of your team. During the 4-day program we train them to be efficient in ECRM & NECHO, create accounts and combine them into a household, take payments, do added and replacement policy transactions, identify which discounts might apply and what documentation is needed to apply the discount.
We don't recommend starting class if they are still studying for their licensing exam. It's best if they have their LSA but not required.
This course is designed to maximize every opportunity to educate policyholders about their risks and the products we offer to protect them from those risks. Service team members will be taught how to have those conversations and hand off the opportunity to a salesperson if needed.

The QuickStart class is very personalized and interactive, so we try to limit class sizes to around 12.
If you sign up at least 4 days in advance a physical workbook will be shipped to you. If you sign up closer to the start date, you will receive an electronic copy to print at your office.
